What if I work out, will it be enough calories?

This reset is designed to be adaptable for all types of lifestyles. It gives ideas on snacks to eat throughout the day.

I have not had success with cleanses, will I like it?

This is not a cleanse, this is simply a way to help you purge the unhealthy eating habits and get to a place of healthy balance. I developed this reset from a combination of different cleanses I have tried. I took what made me feel good from each one and put it into one place.

Can I customize this to include foods I like?

Absolutely! I give the recipes for the drinks that I developed but I also have a whole section giving you options on how to change things up to make it your own.

Is this only juices?

Nope! I can't function on just juice. This reset includes a whole foods based protein drink, juices and you eat a meal of choice. Plus if you find yourself hungry, I give snack ideas.

How many days is this reset?  

3 days. But I created this to work for you, so you can do any number of days and still get the health benefit it gives.

Can I workout with this reset?  

Yes! I definitely continued my workout routine. I created this to work for YOU. Which is why I added options for snacks throughout the day.

I'm Sophia, the author of Veggies Don’t Bite, a plant-based and mostly gluten and {refined} sugar free food blog targeted to all types of eaters. 

I am a former elementary school teacher turned food magician. I live in sunny southern California where I referee my three beautiful boys, one husband and an old sweet cat. 

My super power is using whole food ingredients to create plant-based recipes that will change the way your entire family views healthy food. With comfort food classics to veggie filled meals, plus the occasional sweet indulgence, I create a place where all types of eaters unite.
