Authentic Vegan Moussaka


Broil the eggplant.

Make the sauce.

Add filling ingredients to a skillet.

Sauté until cooked.

Pulse the mixture.

Layer breadcrumbs and eggplant in a baking dish.

Add the 'meaty' layer and sprinkle with vegan Parmesan.

Spread the sauce on top and finish with more Parmesan.

Bake and serve!
