  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)

  2. Make Creamy Alfredo Sauce according to recipe but add 2 tablespoons white cooking wine in a food processor, blender or high speed blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  3.  Taste and if you want more of a wine flavor feel free to add more. Make sure to reduce the sauce in the pot before baking it with the broccoli and artichoke.
  4. Wash and chop broccoli. Add it along with the artichoke hearts to a large bowl. Pour sauce over the veggies and mix until coated. You can add more or less depending on how creamy you want it.
  5. Pour into a 9x12 baking dish and sprinkle with almond meal. Bake for 25-30 minutes until it begins to brown on top.
