Vegan chocolate frosting made with whole foods and a secret ingredient that ups the flavor like no other! Only 6 ingredients, easy to make and prep ahead!
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut cream in the microwave or in a double boiler on the stove.
Mix in the other ingredients.
Store in the freezer and let it get solid again, about 3-4 hours.
Use a hand mixer to whip it up.
Store in the freezer to thicken a bit and use!

Put a can of full fat coconut milk in the fridge over night. Then scoop out the solid white part which is the coconut cream. Some stores also sell pure coconut cream.You can also use coconut sugar to make this, the result will be slightly less sweet and deeper in flavor. Using malple syrup can work but the frosting will not be as thick.Start with 1 teaspoon lime juice and add more until you get the flavor you like.
