Ingredients

  • 15 ounces white beans (about 1 can)
  • 1 cup cashews (see note)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. A regular blender will work but it may not get as creamy and smooth.
