These amazing pina colada popsicles are the perfect summer recipe. Make them kid friendly without the alcohol, or add the booze for an adult treat!

10 space popsicle mold (or 10 small paper cups)
Ingredients

cups
chopped pineapple
2
cups
coconut milk
, the more fat it has the creamier it will be

tablespoon
fresh lime juice
⅛
teaspoon
almond extract
, optional for added flavor

rum
, optional for boozy twist (use any kind you prefer or a mix)

shredded coconut
, optional for topping

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicles molds. I use a 10 space mold for these.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once set, carefully remove each popsicle and enjoy!
Notes
You can sub any fruit you love to switch it up if you want.
Using a higher fat coconut milk will lead to a creamer result.
