peppers of choice (I used green, red and yellow)
, sliced (about 1 ½ average sized peppers)

onions (red, yellow or white)

Sauté the peppers, onions, salt and spices until just cooked. About 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the lime juice. Combine to incorporate.
