Ingredients

  • 4 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Kale Italia Mix or mix of baby kale, baby arugula, mizuna and radicchio- see note
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 2-4 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 cup veggie broth , non tomato based, to make raw use water
  • sea salt , to taste

  1. Place ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Serve hot or cold.
