Ingredients

  • 2 over ripe frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk or use ¾ cup full fat coconut milk for optimal creaminess
  • 5-6 ice cubes optional for an icier shake
  • 1 tablespoon  maple syrup or 4 dates  optional for extra sweetness

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, blender or high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more milk if too thick and blend again.
