Place ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You can also just use a whisk or fork to mix well if you have a good quality smooth tahini.
Notes
Adding more water will make it more of a drizzle or dressing, less water makes it more of a dip. I’ve used it both ways and they are equally as great.
Chili powder optional for extra spice.
Recipe makes about 1 cup, serving size is 2 tablespoons.
