Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake

Peanut butter meets chocolate to create this amazingly delicious thick and creamy vegan peanut butter cup milkshake. You'll never guess that it's actually healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 over ripe frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk or use ¾ cup full fat coconut milk for optimal creaminess
  • 5-6 ice cubes optional for an icier shake
  • 1 tablespoon  maple syrup or 4 dates  optional for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor, blender or high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more milk if too thick and blend again.

Notes

  • add in some sneaky spinach for an extra boost of greens
