Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Whether it's your breakfast or a mid day snack, this smoothie has the perfect combination of protein, fruit and hidden greens to keep you going!
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more almond milk if too thick and blend again.
- ½ cup spinach (or other leafy green)
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ a ripe frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 3-4 pitted dates (or other sweetener of choice)
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
