Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Whether it's your breakfast or a mid day snack, this smoothie has the perfect combination of protein, fruit and hidden greens to keep you going!
  • ½ cup spinach (or other leafy green)
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ½ a ripe frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 3-4 pitted dates (or other sweetener of choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more almond milk if too thick and blend again.
