Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Silk unsweetened cashew milk
  • ½ cup oats (gluten free if needed)
  • ½ cup cooked white beans , drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 8 Medjool dates (can add more depending on desired sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder (or the seeds from vanilla beans)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups ice

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped Cream (or buy vegan coco whip by So Delicious for an easy option)
  • Crushed pretzel pieces
  • Caramel Sauce (I use the one from this recipe, you can omit the cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with optional toppings (all of them are highly recommended), dig in. The messier the better.
